TRANSPARENT PRICING
Our Fees
An upfront retainer that mainly covers filing fees, plus a contingency on the tax savings we achieve — so our incentives stay aligned with yours.
Fee Structure by State
Simple, predictable, and tied to results
Every engagement starts with a retainer that covers filing and case costs, paired with a contingency that's a share of the property tax savings we secure. Fees vary by state to reflect local filing requirements and appeal procedures.
| State | Retainer | Contingency |
|---|---|---|
| Michigan (MI) | $1,000 | 50% of year-one savings |
| Ohio (OH) | $1,000 | 30% of savings achieved |
| Indiana (IN) | $2,000 | 30% of savings achieved |
| Pennsylvania (PA) | $1,000 | 35% of year-one savings |
| Wisconsin (WI) | $2,000 | 35% of savings achieved |
| Georgia (GA) | $1,000 | 35% of savings achieved |

The retainer is paid upfront and covers filing and case costs regardless of outcome. The contingency — our fee — applies only to savings we actually achieve on your behalf: if we don't win a reduction, there's no contingency to pay. Have a property in a state not listed here? Get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
The schedule above covers assessment appeals. Two of our services are priced outside it: property tax arrears and foreclosure prevention and Property Transfer Affidavit and uncapping disputes. The outcome in those matters isn't a measurable reduction in assessed value, so a retainer-plus-contingency structure doesn't fit, and the scope varies too much for a fixed schedule. We quote engagement terms for that work case by case and discuss them with you before anything begins.
